Anchoïade is a classic Provençale sauce made with tinned anchovies, olive oil, red wine vinegar and garlic. This version, adapted from Sitka Seafood, includes toasted almonds, flat parsley and chillie flakes, but its essence remains the same. Provençale anchovy sauce goes splendidly with a selection of vegetables, both raw and blanched, and seafood. It's also great on bread or as a salad dressing.

The umami-laden salsa prepared with capers, anchovies and herbs goes really well with grilled fish, meat and vegetables. A salmon steak is cut into cross sections from whole fish and includes the bone, whereas a fillet is cut lengthwise from tail to collar and boneless. It is usually bone in while a fillet is boneless. Since a whole steak is cooked on the flesh sides only, so the skin will not become crispy. You can replace with salmon fillets for the recipe.

- Roasted Salmon with Capers and Dill
This healthy baked salmon is the easy and tasty way to feed a crowd. It's more hands-off than cooking salmon on the stovetop--everything is oven-baked in foil, making prep and cleanup a breeze and it delivers a perfect medium-cooked fillet that’s tender and flaky. - Tri-colour Quinoa with Pineapple and Miso Salmon
Miso-glazed salmon and quinoa combined with fresh pineapple, pine nuts and salad greens to make a delicious, light but satisfying weeknight meal. Replace it with rice or soya based white miso instead if you need to go gluten free. You could use rice, kaniwa, or farro instead of quinoa.
- Thai Style Salmon Fritters

I have to sadly admit that I have never tried salmon, back before I became a vegetarian, our country was too poor for people to eat salmon, so I never tried either that nor shrimps and all other seafood.
