This chunky peach guacamole recipe, using ripe stone fruits instead of tomatoes, is quick and easy to make, it’s naturally gluten-free and low carb, and it’s always a hit with a crowd! Perfect as an appetizer, or for garden bbq or just everyday snacking!
Ripe juicy peaches add a sweet element to this chunky guacamole, making it even better for topping a taco or serving with crackers / chips in the summer. You can use other stone fruits instead of peaches. Add a few drops of Mexican hot sauce to jazz up the guacamole if desired.
|
- Add the peaches, avocados, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice to a large bowl. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Add a few drops of Cholula hot sauce if desired.
- Gently toss until combined. Taste and season with extra lime juice and salt if needed. Serve immediately.
- If you want to make this a couple of hours in advance, keep it in a sealed container at room temperature. Any longer than 2 to 3 hours and the avocados might get darker and peaches will start to break down.

Looks wonderful Angie.
This sounds amazing, and it’s so pretty! Plus, I have all of the ingredients on hand…. Except for chips…
Una forma nueva de preparar guacamole, si contiene fruta me gusta, un sabor más fresco y dulzón que le debe ir muy bien.
...what a fresh, summer treat.
A feast for the taste buds, it looks delicious.
Happy Sunday
Sounds very appealing
I was wondering whether to take some peaches at the green grocers yesterday, but I opted for a melon in the end. We had a Lavander and Honey festival in my block this weekend, so I stocked on fresh new honey :)
It looks so summery and very tasty.
All the best Jan

This sounds so interesting and tasty Angie. A great use of peaches.
Looks good and refreshing, love avocado.
Yum, your deconstructed guacamole looks so delicious and clever Angie. Avocadoes are still a good buy here.
Another tasty recipe, I would enjoy this salad.
Have a great day and happy new week!
How perfect for summer, I never would have thought to use peaches in guacamole!
Jenna
wow buonissimo!
What a creative idea! I love peaches so it's a win for me.
I love this twist on classic guacamole! The addition of ripe peaches sounds like a perfect way to add a touch of sweetness and summer flavor to the mix.
I guess I have gotten behind on posts this week. I'll check out a few of your great recipes. This one looks amazing. Once again you always have some surprising ingredients together that makes me wonder why they haven't been together for so long.
Nice change from tomatoes to peach, makes the guacamole even sweeter!
I have used mango in guacamole, but never peach! I imagine there’s a similar play with the flavors. Love this idea, and with the peaches being so good this year, I want to make this soon. David
