- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
- For the pastry, place the flour, icing sugar and butter in a food processor and blitz to resemble fine breadcrumbs, but not so the mixture forms a dough. Divide it into three 12 cm /4.7 inch tartlet pans with removeable bottoms and press into the sides and bases. Place the tartlet pans on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the filling in the same food processor. Add the icing sugar, lemon zest and juice, eggs, butter and almonds and blitz until smooth.
- Scatter each pastry base with 50 grams of the blackberries and pour over 1/3 of the filling. Top the surfaces with remaining blackberries. Bake for 20 minutes until just golden and set. Allow to cool and set before removing from the tartlet pans.

Oh yummy.
They look lovely and what a nice combination, but isn't juice from three lemons too sour? I do ever so love both blackberries and lemon.
That is one beautiful tartlet. ❤️
YUM, I love both blueberries and lemons. Your tartlet look beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Take care, have a great day!
Judee from GF A-Z Blog: They look amazing and I can only imagine how good the lemon and blueberry flavors in that beautiful tart taste!!
They look absolutely delicious. Blackberry and lemon sounds like a winning combination.
These look really nice, perfectly baked. Well done!
And here is another of your recipes I am bookmarking for a cooler week when I feel like turning the oven on.
So gorgeous!
Gosh, that looks so good and very pretty. Thanks Angie!
Angie, Great looking tart...lots of fruit and goodies. I still think that its a little strange that you publish so many recipes about breads and goodies when you're a protein focused diner. How about a good pot roast or a steak with roasted veggies? Seafood would be another option... Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
I almost made a lemon with blueberry pie the other day, but I ended up making a blueberry cake instead. This looks yummy. Lemon goes so well with many other fruits, doesn't it? Hugs-Erika
These look amazing Angie, and probably quite easily adapted to using other fruits as well. Beautiful photos as always.
Hallo, @David, I did post lots of meat recipes in the past if you click the categories : beef, seafood, poultry, pork, you would find lots of meat based recipes.
