Gluten-Free, grain-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and keto-friendly, this quick bread uses just 4 ingredients and has the perfect crumb, flavour and moisture. It is very easy to make and will be a hit with your family! You don't have to use cashew butter, any other natural nut or seed butter (tahini or almond butter) will work just super. Regular chocolate chips are perfect for this recipe too if you are not on a low-carb or keto diet.

- Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.
- Beat together eggs and baking soda until soft peaks form. Add in cashew butter and continue mixing until just combined. Fold in 75 grams of milk chocolate chips.
- Pour the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the rest of milk chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove and cool briefly. Turn out the bread and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Enjoy!

Molto invitante, perfetto per la colazione!"
I have never tried cashew butter and by looking at this I have been missing out on flavors this bread looks moist and fabulous!
Cashew butter is new to me. Beautiful bread, yummy bread.
So it is basically a chocolate omelette LOL Does it taste like eggs or not at all? Keto is so popular these days. I couldn't do it because I'm vegetarian and all the fat in it would kill my heart, but tons of people really love it and find it helpful. I don't, however, believe it is something people should adopt permanently, just temporary.
@DEZMOND It tastes like a quick bread with chocolate chips. And keto is not about high fat, but very LOW CARB.
That bread look so delicious. I would like to try it through screen.

...now this is a treat to try.
It's hard to imagine that those four ingredients made that beautiful bread. Looks wonderful Angie.
Oooh, this looks so easy AND delicious! I need to put cashew butter on my grocery list.
It looks like bread!!....It must be delicious!!.....Abrazotes, Marcela
Looks so delicious. I would like to try it :)
@Angie's Recipes Yes, but you replace carbs with eggs, bacon, meat and butter, which is all rich in fat. Maybe there is a vegetarian version of keto? Plus, keto leaves you without so many good veggies and fruit rich in vitamins and minerals, I couldn't do it personally, I adore root veggies, legumes, oranges, lemons, apples... but to people who love above mentioned things it is a miracle diet.
Beautiful delicious bread. The recipe sounds great, thanks for sharing.

I've made a few nut butter breads, but never with cashews. And with chocolate -- I'm in. My gluten-free son will be so happy with this treat. (And me!) :-) ~Valentina
I really have to learn keto-baking from u! :p And I have to look for sugar-free chocolate chips too, did not know that they existed.
I haven’t seen keto friendly sugar free chocolate chips, did you get them on Amazon? The cashew butter mixed with the eggs sounds interesting, the texture looks like real bread, but does it taste eggy? I’m quite intrigued with this recipe but need more info.

@Eva Taylor
Yes, I got them from Amazon. And no, it doesn't taste eggy at all. It's very much like a cakey quick bread. You can use almond or peanut butter too. Easier and more budget friendly. Cashew butter I also got from Amazon.
Wow, Angie I'm definitely trying this recipe. Would it work with peanut butter? It looks absolutely delicious!
@Marcelle Definitely!
This may be a silly question but, does this need to be in the fridge. I just baked it and then left it out all day then got thinking it’s basically eggs lol.
@Ash You could, but you don't have to.
Size of pan?
@Anonymous My small loaf pan is 20cm.
