This looks healthy, and yum filling for a sandwich. I usually grate the boiled eggs, add onions, chilies, and season it. But this looks so different , and creamy, let me try this, thanks for the idea!

hi angie
this would be delightful in a sandwich. i'm trying to think what we call it here? definitely not egg salad; probably just mashed or chopped egg:-)

Angie, Your egg sandwich looks delicious, I love egg salad and I have radishes growing that need to be picked soon. I never thought of adding them to egg and mayo sandwiches. I sometimes add curry powder as well which is nice. Curried egg sandwiches are a bit of hot favourite here in Oz. Love your photos as always. I will be making this for sure. Thanks for the inspiration.Pauline.

Egg salad is one of my all-time favorites. My favorite is with plenty of celery seed added but I must try chopped radish now. That sounds delicious, Angie!

Egg salad was one of my favorite foods before Found out I was allergic to eggs. Your egg salad and accompaniments look wonderful.. And as always beautifully photographed and presented.

Egg mayo salad with that subtle peppery kick from radish and chives. I wish the hard boiled eggs in my fridge last longer, so that they have a chance to end up in another dish :p

Noob Cook 19/11/20 15:11

what a beautiful egg salad, and made with home-made mayo no less!
