Hi Angie, we were away for a couple of days so I wasn't able to get to all my favourite blogs! I love kale salad and we've been doing one which macerates the kale in lemon juice and honey to soften it. My hubby and I are both smitten and can't get enough, but I sense that if I don't change it up a bit he may be over-dosing on it. This recipe will be a lovely change, particularly since apples are in season now.

Hi Angie, I'm so behind with my commenting...and at least yours is the only one I almost (never) miss.
How lovely and inviting to have a beautiful, lively salad...(yes, lively)...and lovely as well! For one thing, the cranberry dressing with the tahini, and the bright and vivid apple chunks peering through the lovely green kale; one should get a 'new lease' on life after eating such healthy and delicious salad! Love the table setting, and the beautiful tea towel:)
