Would you like to submit it for the game I'm hosting this month on my blog - the theme is zucchini?
I've never eaten zucchini raw. It looks very delicious in this spread. I don't think I have seen that fresh cheese here. Maybe I can use other type's of cream cheese.
Very appetizing starter! It could be my main dish as well :)
Definitely not your ordinary dip! sounds great!
I like the idea of zucchini and cream cheese combo! Looks so yummy!

Hi Angie, such an innovative spread, thanx for sharing.
Yummy! Do you think I can replace the fresh cheese with cream cheese or sour cream? Such a lovely treat to serve as orderve!
Ooo - great twist from the traditional artichoke spread...and get your greens to boot.

This looks delish! Not too far removed from artichoke dip.
I wonder how it would be if you sauteed and cooled the zucchini first...
Angie, that cheese spread sounds so good with the zucchini. I think it will also go well with crackers and vege sticks.

Angie, I hate repeating myself but I do love all your recipes. I tried raw zuchini in a salad, after your post Zuchini Ribbon caper salad and loved it. This is something I will definitely make.
Hi Angie, great recipe and the photos, well done. I saved this in my recipe box. Like what you said, serve this in place of hummus. Thank you for sharing.
Dear Angie - What a great change from the old artichoke and spinach spread. I love how you've taken a concept and reinterpreted in your own unique signature style.

This looks amazing!! Nice work :)
looks so delicious !! nice clicks..
Sounds new.But looks so delicious!
The zucchini spread looks great. By the way...soyrizo is a soy product flavor with spices similar to Spanish chorizo.
What a novel idea for a dip, and the texture would be lovely. I planted zucchini this season, so I can try it out in a few months! Or sooner, if I buy some... I planted them mainly for their flowers as we cannot buy them anywhere here... but, now, I have another idea!
:)

What an awesome way to use zucchini! I would never have thought of this. Brilliant!
Congratulations on the Foodbuzz Top 9! This looks like a really easy, yet delicious dip to make. Nirvana
Probably the most unique spread I've seen before. I'm pretty sure it tastes really delicious as well.
That is really interesting! I love the combination of the cheese and zuccini. Sounds like a lovely spread!
Oh Angie! What kind of cheese can I use as a substitute. I haven't seen that brand in the supermarket here in the States. Would a goat cheese work in this recipe?
CheeseGoddess: Cream cheese or curd cheese will work too. Fresh goat cheese sounds a brilliant idea to make the spread too.
Thank you, guys, for dropping by and the compliments. I truly appreciate them.
Angie
