Such a beautiful combination of the arugula, and radicchio in the salad, and the dressing is truly magnificent with the mango (which I will have to wait for the summer) No other mangoes can compare to the ones growing on your tree! I can eat the entire salad, and be happy just having that for a perfect light lunch!

Stunning gorgeous salad Angie. For the longest time I avoided mangos, gosh knows why because now I adore them. I think if the truth be known, I was uncertain of how to cut them. Once I plunged in I feel in love with their sweet fruit and all of the beauty they brought to a dish. Great job.
