What a bright sparkley dish for the Christmas season. I have never thought of oranges and beets... I love goat cheese with beets, but will definitely have to try this combo. Angie - could I also ask you to go back to my tofu post and examine the photos and critique my attempt. Tell me if this is similar to your tofu - or too?? this or that??
I would really appreciate it.
Thanks.
