I have rounded up some easy and delicious salmon recipes, so you can try something new every night of the week to make the most of this nutrients-packed fatty fish.

Mâche, aka lamb's lettuce or cornsalad, has long spoon-shaped dark leaves and a distinctive, tangy flavour. It is used raw in salads as well as served as a vegetable.
