With fresh figs, pomegrante arils, and an easy white wine vinaigrette, this creamy burrata salad is fresh, delicious, and easy to make. If you can't find burrata, use buffalo mozzarella instead. Add in some toasted or candied nuts and salted Prosciutto for extra crunch and flavour. Served as both an appetizer or side dish with some croutons or crusty bread.

Definitely you have a gift for cooking! What a great salad!
Figs are always so gorgeous! I am currently translating a novel about a kitchen witch and it is filled with all kinds of cakes and pastries as she puts magic into the cakes that she serves to her customers, very cosy and Autumn set, the publisher said you are the best in the country for that genre with cakes and cooking :)
...thanks for teaching me about Burrata cheese!

That would be such a beautiful addition to a fall table. Still more than a few weeks away from me, but I am bookmarking this for later
What a tasty salad, thank you for the recipe.
Angie, Very pretty but not really my thing. I do like figs though. You'd suggested I try Middle Eastern food. The closest I've come to that is Greek and gyros or shawarma plus some seafood dishes and Greek chicken. Kebabs are OK as long as they don't include sweet peppers. Don't care for olives and a little hummus goes a long way. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
Looks yummy, both the figs and the burrata cheese! Thanks for sharing.

It certainly is look good.
Please bring it on! And Lord Byron was correct about the wine, so bring a bottle of robust red too, a nice Malbec would be perfect.
Your salad is not only very visually appealing, but it prompts me to dig right in. You're very creative.
