Watermelon Pizza is an easy dessert loaded with fresh summer berries, vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt, rose petals and fresh herbs. It's easy and fun to make and the perfect treat for a hot summer day! I thought the pizza looks prettier topped with naturally colourful and beautiful summer berries, but you can change it up and use whatever fruit (mango, kiwi, strawberry, or currants) you have in your fridge. If you're lactose intolerant, coconut cream works as an excellent substitute for Greek yoghurt. Shave some chocolate over if you are a fan. Be creative and enjoy the summer!

- In a small bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla together until combined.
- Divide the yoghurt mixture onto two slices of watermelon and top with berries, herbs, and rose petals. Cut each pizza into 6 or 8 slices. Serve immediately.

SO creative! I've used berries before for a dessert pizza, but with a crust. Really like the idea of use watermelon as the base instead. Neat dish -- thanks.
Hey Angie, this may be the best summer dessert/treat I've ever seen! Super sweet, but healthy too. It's also very pretty! This is perfect with yogurt and berries, but shaved chocolate is an awesome suggestion too.
It looks beautiful and so delicious!
So yummy :)

Such a great summertime treat. The watermelons are at their ripest right now!
This is such a fabulously creative idea. I would have never thought to use watermelon as a substitute for a traditional pizza crust - this is life changing!
It does indeed make a wonderful and refreshing summer dessert that takes advantage of local berries and watermelon! So pretty too.

Oh my that looks so good. Its like summer on a plate.
I haven't had a watermelon all summer. I'm not sure why, because it's one of my favorite in-season things. I guess I haven't seen one in the store that looked like it needed me to lug it home. I'm sure I will, though, and when I do, I'll have to see what it tastes like paired with this simple yogurt dressing. Sounds so interesting!
you really have the best food styling!
Wow, what a creative idea! I used to dry my own rose petals, but can buy them at places like Whole Foods!
