Juicy, wonderfully flavoured chicken skewers, marinated with a spicy and flavour-packed mixture, and grilled until caramelized and beautifully charred. Perfect for a weeknight dinner, or for a summer grill party at your backyard. Serve them with a fresh homemade tomato salsa and cooling yoghurt dressing or more chilli sauce if you are really into spicy food. If you are not a fan of cilantro, replace it with flat-leaf parsley, Thai basil or mint leaves.

Those are heavenly.
Yum! I made something similar recently using chicken breast meat. I broiled the skewars in the oven, using a roasting pan with a metal grate placed over a little water. This kept the meat nice and tender. Good job!
What a great use of boneless thighs. I love your skewers!
Looking delicious, Angie.
Me encantan las brochetas de pollo, pero ya sabes, no muy picantes.
I would love to try this chicken, sounds yummy!
Take care, enjoy your day and happy week.
I would enjoy this very much, Angie.
...I'd like to place an order for two, please!
Wishing you a happy new week, hope tomatoes are not as expensive over there as they have been lately over here. I am so afraid and appalled by the prices of veggies that I have actually planted some cherry tomatoes and also chard in my yard a few weeks ago LOL
That looks so delicious. Happy Monday.
