Fill with tuna mayonnaise, lettuce, avocado, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts and sesame seeds, these seaweed wraps make a sustaining and nutritious meal that's keto friendly, low calorie, high protein and jam packed with flavour. You might want to swap tuna for salmon if you are worried about mercury poisoning. Some leftover roasted chicken would do the trick too.

- Drain the tuna and mix with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a piece of nori sheet in front of you, and in a straight line start layering 1 piece of lettuce, 1/3 of cucumber sticks, 2 avocado slices, 1 tablespoon of alfalfa sprouts, 1/3 of the sesame seeds and 1/3 of the tuna mixture.
- Roll up the nori sheet and press it gently with your fingers to close the roll. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets.
- Stir the sriracha into remaining two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Slice the nori wraps in half and serve with the prepared sauce.

yummy Angie....another beautiful and crunchy snack for breakfast. I love lettuce very much ^^
Sikilar ingredients - delightfully different results! Keep away from storebought mayo but sometimes do make my own . . . glad you are using water-pack tuna . . . shall certainly try . . . :)
Yummy food.
Definitely a great option if you're looking to loose some calories this January after all the indulgences of December. Lovely recipe Angie!

I love the idea of adding tuna to a nori wrap. I bet the different textures and flavors work together very well.
What a fabulous idea, Angie, love that you used nori for the wraps! I love making fresh rolls but they use rice paper and we are trying to eat low carb so the nori would be a wonderful replacement.
These wraps look less intimidating than sushi rolls and so delicious looking!
Angie, My wife would love these wraps...sort of a wrap and sushi combined, 2 of her favorite things! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
Love these nori wraps but my problem with nori wraps like these is: they need to be consumed immediately before the nori turns wet and soggy. :( Any tips ?
@tigerfish Unfortunately they have to be consumed as soon as they are done or the nori sheets would go soggy..I actually don't mind that.
Que buenos :-)))
