These flourless peanut butter cookies are a dream if you're going gluten-free and sugar-free, especially with the perfect pairing of chocolates. I have used Martha's recipe and replaced caster sugar with pure stevia extract powder and they turned out fantastic.

- Preheat oven to 160C/320F, fan-forced. Line two baking sheets with parchment papers. Set aside.
- Cream peanut butter, pure stevia, egg, baking soda and salt i na large mixing bowl until well combined. Stir in chopped chocolates and peanuts. With damp hands, roll level tablespoon of dough into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheets. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden and puffed, swapping baking sheets halfway through cooking.

This looks so tasty!
I've seen a few recipes for flourless pb cookies, but have not tried one yet. These look really good and fun idea to have double chips in them.
@Cass @foodmyfriend It's not bitter at all...the one I use for the baking is about 300 times sweeter than sugar, so you just need very little (less than one gram), if it tastes bitter, it might because you have used more than it requires.
These pretty peanut butter cookies look pretty and I like that they are sugarfree :)
That looks so yummy! Just peanut butter to bind them together? Amazing!
I am sending this recipe to my son....

I think stevia powder is still not available in our country, but cookies look promising. As I'm trying to cut sugar a bit - I need to find a reason to cook them. Still - they look very tasty and crunchy.
A great cookie recipe, Angie and no special ingredients needed (except the Stevia), love it!
Wow, they did turn out fantastic, Angie! They sound so delicious with all of the chocolate chips and peanuts too.

Great for diets and non. I love these lovely cookies and what I love most is that they are sugar free. We can all train our palate to have less sugar. I don't like those industrial biscuits you get in supermarkets. They are loaded with sugar, really too much.
Well done on these Angie, always great posts!

Wow Angie- I've seen a few of these flourless recipes lately and have been dying to try one. Your recipe sounds perfect. Do you think I could use honey instead of Stevia? Just wondering - but why mess with perfection? White chocolate - I bet that really sends these over the top. Yummmy!
These look fantastic. We are mostly gluten free at our house these days so these would be a definite winner!
Oh Angie, these cookies look gorgeous, hard to believe that they are flourless...and sugarless...that is good, this way I can have lots of it...yum!
Hope you are having a lovely week :D
Angie, you could actually promote and sell these amazing 'gluten-free, sugar-free' yummy peanut butter cookies at our 'green market' and would sell them all out as soon as you put them out! I have not seen such gorgeous, and perfectly shaped cookies at our market, at all. Every Saturday people are selling their baked goods, and nothing compares to your homemade cookies! xo
Excellent gluten-free chocolate cookies. They look delicious and attractive, Angie.
Very nice recipe, I love that it is flour less! Very healthy! Thank you for sharing.
I made peanut butter cookies just last night! Mine were definitely NOT sugar free and had a heap of butter. Next time I need to go the guilt free route and try yours :)

PS: Love the quote about grandmothers and recipes at the end of this post!
What a lovely rise from a small touch of baking soda -- I have never been a fan of the taste of stevia however in a setting like this, I have no doubt the other delightful flavours would come shining through! :) And what a great option for diabetics and those of us on lower sugar diets.
I'm so into peanut butter now :) I love it!
Who could resist these healthy cookies and with chocolate chips - yum!
Oh my gosh, no flour or sugar, and your cookies look so puffy and gorgeous! Love this recipe! Hugs, Terra
