ReplyDeleteThe one good thing about colder weather is that I'll be using my slow cooker more often. I'm bookmarking this lovely recipe for when that happens =)
ReplyDeleteThat sauce is just waiting for a crusty loaf of bread to soak it up!
ReplyDeleteDelicious!I should use ground chicken more (slap hand!)My kids would eat these so fast!!

ReplyDeleteI bet these are really tender and juicy. Thanks for a great dinner idea - and I think I'll serve it with spaghetti squash! Lovely clicks Angie - have a great week. P.S. Do you happen to have a favorite Irish Brown Soda Bread / Breakfast Bread recipe? savingdessert@aol.com
ReplyDeleteAngie , these chicken meatballs are just delish ! Either pasta or steamed rice with these yummy meatballs will be fine with me :D
ReplyDeleteYay I love finding great slow cooker recipes! I have never made meatballs in it but now I really want to.
ReplyDeleteThat does sound incredibly tasty for our nasty winter weather. I think I would prefer real garlic instead of garlic salt, but that's an easy substitution. The quark is not something I've seen in a meatball, but I suspect it makes the meatball very tender.
ReplyDeleteLook really yummy Angie!!I love meatballs!

ReplyDeleteOh I love the idea of using my slow cooker to cook meatballs. It is genius, there is no need to use oil for frying and you know the little balls are going to have the perfect shape. Thanks for sharing, the weather is a little chili here at the moment so I may be using this recipe sooner rather than later!
