  4. Muy buenas las frutas en la ensalada, yo las pongo mucho también porque el punto dulzón y un poco ácido que imprimen a la ensalada es una exquisitez.

  6. ANgie, around here we call the kumquat quinoto. I prepare them to keep in syrup. Its skin is sweet and its interior is very acidic. I can't imagine the taste of the quinotos next to the Parmesan cheese. We'll have to try.

While I am not a huge fan of fruit in salad, this looks spectacular. I especially like using kumquats, as I fine them so underutilized in so many cuisines.

  16. Hi Angie, My wife would love this salad. The only way I could eat it would be if I left the greens out... It is attractive though. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

  20. Hi Angie. I had my first kumquat in Greece. This salad looks fantastic. If I had some kumquats at home I could make one of these for lunch-but sadly, no kumquats for me. :)
