Enjoy these easy air fryer halloumi fries in only 15 minutes. Dunk into a creamy Greek yogurt dip with pomegranate molasses. Soft, delicious cheese is pepped up with a spiced pork rind coating to create a fabulous side dish worthy as an accompaniment to any summer meal. Serve alongside burgers, salads or steak.

  • 2 x 225 g Halloumi blocks, cut into chips
  • 4 tbsp Pork rind, ground
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Freshly milled black pepper
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • Sea salt
  • 1-2 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  1. Slice the halloumi block through the middle, then into chips. Pat dry with kitchen paper and set aside.
  2. Stir together the ground pork rinds, oregano, garlic powder, chilli flakes and season with black pepper. Toss the halloumi chips in the mixture until well coated.
  3. Heat the air fryer to 180C/350F. Place the halloumi in the basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy, carefully flipping them halfway through.
  4. Season the Greek yoghurt with salt and drizzle with pomegranate molasses. Arrange the fries on a plate and serve with prepared yoghurt dip.
