- Cut the beef into small strips or slices. Mix in the marinade and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Mix the pepper sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat up a skillet with some oil. Add in marinated beef and cook until almost cooked. Scoop out and drain. Keep 1 tablespoon of oil in the skillet, adding in onion and garlic and stir until soft. Dish off.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and the stock. Bring to a boil. Return the beef and onion to the skillet. Stir for about 1 minute until cooked. Dish off.
